Focus on building lean muscle and burning body fat utilizing heavier weights and improving overall metabolism.

Metabolic Matrix

Sunday @ 10:00am

Focus on maximizing calorie burn, both during and after your workout. A combination of strength and cardio simultaneously.

This training is for the client who is looking to set some goals and overcome obstacles. Someone who is looking for an individualized and personal approach to their fitness, and also wants to keep things fresh, interesting and most of all FUN!
